Cancellation and refund procedures

We understand that plans can change. Hotel The Crown offers the following cancellation and refund policy for reservations made directly through our website or reservations team.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
- More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount, minus a small processing fee.
- 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
- No-show: No refund. The full booking amount will be charged.

Cancellations are effective from the time we receive your written request. We recommend email so you have a record.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at booking.
- Bank processing times may add up to 5 additional working days.
- Payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional rates, advance purchase deals, and bookings during peak seasons (e.g., Diwali, New Year, long weekends) may be non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
Early Check-out
Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure will be charged for the full duration of the original reservation. Refunds for unused nights are not provided.
Force Majeure
In the event of cancellations caused by natural disasters, landslides, roadblocks, government restrictions, or similar events beyond either party's control, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule your stay or issue a refund at our discretion.
Third-Party Bookings
If you booked through a third-party travel agency or online travel aggregator (OTA), please refer to their cancellation and refund policy. Hotel The Crown cannot process refunds for bookings made outside our direct channels.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect on the date of your booking is the one that applies to your reservation.
