Hotel The Crown — Terms & Conditions

1. Identification Requirements

  • As per government regulations, every guest (adults, children, and infants) must carry a valid photo ID.
  • Foreign nationals: Passport and valid visa required.
  • Indian nationals: Any one of the following:
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID
  • Guests without valid ID will not be allowed to check-in. The booking will be treated as a No Show with no refund.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early Check-in

  • Subject to availability
  • Guaranteed early check-in requires booking from the previous night

Charges:

  • Before 6:00 AM: 100% of previous day’s room rate
  • From 6:00 AM onwards: 50% of previous day’s room rate
  • Luggage storage is available for early arrivals

Late Check-out

  • Subject to availability

Charges:

  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: 30% of current day’s room rate
  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: 50% of current day’s room rate
  • After 5:00 PM: 100% of current day’s room rate

3. Booking & Payments

  • 50% advance payment required for all bookings
  • Accepted payment methods:
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • UPI
  • Wallets
  • Bank Transfer

Additional Notes:

  • Guests may be contacted before arrival for confirmation
  • Non-response may lead to booking being put on hold or cancelled
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings involving fraudulent or inappropriate activity
  • Bookings are non-transferable without written consent
  • Rights of admission reserved
  • Special requests are subject to availability and may incur charges
  • Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days before check-in: 25% cancellation charges
  • 5 days before check-in: 50% cancellation charges
  • Within 3 days of check-in: 100% cancellation charges

Amendments:

  • Must be informed at least 7 days prior
  • Subject to availability
  • Cancellation policy applies if modification results in cancellation

5. Child Policy

  • Up to 5 years: Free stay (no extra bed), meals included
  • 6–12 years: 15% of room tariff (no extra bed)
  • Above 12 years: Treated as adults; extra bed at 30% of room tariff

6. Dining Timings

  • Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • Lunch: 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Dinner: 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM

7. Accommodation & Amenities

  • Maximum 2 adults per room (double occupancy tariff)

Facilities & Services:

  • Extra guest accommodation available at additional cost
  • Daily housekeeping on request
  • Guests requested to leave keys for room cleaning
  • Eco-friendly practices encouraged:
  • Reuse towels
  • Linen changed on request
  • Complimentary stay for drivers/chauffeurs
  • Household staff must be booked as an extra guest in advance
  • Pet-friendly property with designated rooms
  • Meals for pets available on request
  • Wi-Fi available throughout the property
  • Concierge provides Wi-Fi password
  • Primary guest must be 18 years or older

8. General Rules & Conduct

  • The hotel reserves the right to act against inappropriate behavior
  • Guests are responsible for any damage (beyond normal wear and tear)
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in rooms
  • Some policies may vary depending on booking type

Noise Policy:

  • Loud music is not permitted
  • Guests must maintain decorum, especially during late hours
  • Violations may result in strict action

9. Important Notices

  • No facilities or staff available for toddlers/infants care
  • Guests must not leave children unattended
  • Hotel reserves the right to:
  • Refuse admission
  • Modify policies at any time
